The Snowbowl Ski Patrol is an NSP-affiliated non-profit
organization dedicated to providing volunteer emergency medical
services to the outdoor recreational community in Missoula,
Montana. We primarily assist the Montana
Snowbowl in the safe and customer-friendly operation of
its outdoor resort facilities during the winter ski season, but
also contribute our time for many off-season activities as well.
As one of the premier local organizations trained in
professional and comprehensive Outdoor Emergency Care, we
are proud to sponsor volunteers in support of some of Missoula's
more prominant outdoor events, including the annual Riverbank
Run, and the annual Hot Laps mountain-bike competition.
Many of our members are NSP-certified OEC instructors, and many
are both NSP- and PSIA-certified skiing
instructors as well. All of our members take pride in providing
professional and courteous emergency services in one of North
America's most rugged and challenging outdoor
environments.
NOTE: Members of the Snowbowl National Ski Patrol are not part
of Montana Snowbowl's paid staff. If you are interested in
a paid position with the Snowbowl Ski Area, please contact them
here.
